MLSI MEDICTEC was established in 1991, as a company to offer an extended variety of quality repairs and reconditioning to all types of medical instrumentation. Including, Surgical instruments, Powered/Diagnostic equipment, and Endoscopy equipment. We take much pride in providing quality services with unbeatable prices. MLSI uses state of the art machinery and tools that enables our technicians to perform appropriate repair and quality control techniques. We are very proud to announce that we have an established base of customers throughout the United States, as well many more overseas. And we still continue receiving customers that find our services and prices stand above those of our competitors.

Our professionally trained technicians perform from the smallest jobs to the more intense ones. We are continuously updating our staff with modern technology information and changes with FDA regulations.

We would like to acquaint you with our generously equipped facility located in Miami, Florida. Our facility carries all types of machinery and equipment used for testing, quality control, and the reconditioning all medical instrumentation. Our hi-tech machine shop allows us to provide manufacturing of small parts and components as well as modification of instruments as requested by our customers. Overall, MLSI is a full service repair company which provides outstanding quality of reconditioning, inexpensive prices and an outstanding turnaround time.

COMPANY POLICY

REPAIR STANDARDS

Work orders will be evaluated and quoted upon receipt. The customer may pre-approve work orders for expedited service. All orders will be repaired and returned within 48-72 hours of written approval. If the repair requires additional time we will notify you.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are set in accordance with the evaluation of credit references. MLSI Technologies offers Net 10, Net 15, 2% 10/Net 30. Any balance that is over 60 days past due may incur penalty fees.

RUSH ORDER

If 24 hour turn-around-time is necessary, we request the following:
• Advanced 24 hour notification
• Work order must be pre-approved

PICK-UP/DELIVERY

If your facility is located in Dade County or Broward County MLSI will send a sales representative that will pick up and deliver your work orders.

OUR WARRANTY POLICY, GUARANTEED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. OUR WARRANTY IS FOR 90 DAYS, IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED RETURN THE INSTRUMENT AND WE WILL REPAIR IT AGAIN FREE OF CHARGE. JUST AS LONG AS THERE IS NO SIGNS OF PHYSICAL MISUSE OR MANUFACTURER DEFECT.
